If you order something that is showing as out of stock, this order will be fulfilled within 14 days, just enough time for me to make a fresh batch of natural goodness. Please inspect our products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. After 48 hours, I will assume all is well and you will have legally accepted the order. Rarely there may be an issue with your order, in this instance please contact me so I can quickly resolve any problems for you. You are able to contact me about your order by selecting ‘order enquiry’. If you would like to get in touch with me before you place your order you can ‘ask seller a question’ and I will be more than happy to help with any questions you have.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). All orders placed before midday will be dispatched the following working day, unless next day delivery is selected. Next day delivery excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
My range has been tested safe for sale as per EU regulations, however they have not been checked against other countries regulations, and so sale is limited to European countries at this time.
I would like to thank you for your lovely order, and I am do hope you love your new products as much as I do. If you do find any issues, we are very happy to accept a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products received back to me within seven days. Please note only products received in their original unopened, unused, and undamaged condition will be accepted. I will consider the condition of the product being returned when making the refund.
